They have gathered to summon the unthinkable, the pulsing mad horror at the center of space, time, and infinity. But tonight, the Gate Keeper does not open the portal for the Daemon Sultan to enter our world, but rather draws out these small, insignificant mortals to behold their god in its court of primal chaos. Their souls are pulled across the endless abyss, and at last, as their sanity dissolves into nothingness, they behold the madness at the heart of all creation, a pulsing insanity accompanied by the endless piping of strange flutes and the beating of drums.

Inspired by accounts in “The Dream Quest of Unknown Kadath,” and “The Dreams in the Witch House,” by H.P. Lovecraft
